About

Muhammad Ismail, S.H., M.H., CLA. is the Founding Partner of INANTA Counsellors at Law, which he established together with Akhiruddin Syahputra Lubis, S.H., M.H., CLA.

He is a licensed advocate and a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), as well as a Certified Legal Auditor accredited by the Indonesian Legal Auditors Association.

Prior to establishing the Firm, Ismail practiced at a prominent Jakarta-based full-service law firm, advising domestic and international clients on a broad range of complex corporate and dispute-related matters.

Ismail has advised domestic and international clients on strategic transactions, commercial disputes, and restructuring matters across various industries. He is recognized for delivering practical, business-oriented legal solutions that align legal strategy with clients’ commercial objectives.
