Bunga Agnita, S.H., M.H. is a Partner at INANTA Counsellors at Law, with extensive experience in corporate law, banking and finance, arbitration, and investment.

Prior to joining INANTA, Bunga practiced at a prominent Jakarta-based law firm, where she represented a diverse portfolio of domestic and international clients on corporate and commercial matters, including the French Embassy in Indonesia. She also held a position at one of Indonesia’s major commercial banks, advising on a wide range of banking products, transactions, and regulatory compliance matters.

In addition to her legal expertise, Bunga possesses professional proficiency in French, enabling her to effectively assist French-speaking clients and facilitate cross-border legal matters involving French and Francophone jurisdictions.

Bunga has completed the Advocate Professional Education Program (PKPA) and successfully passed the Indonesian Bar Examination (UPA), reflecting her strong professional foundation and commitment to legal excellence.
